Perfectly situated for exploring the whole of the Cotswold area, Wellacres Barn is one of an attractive cluster of listed Cotswold stone period properties. It has a fully enclosed garden, ideal for children to play and a sitting out area to enjoy those long summer evenings. Ideal for short breaks during the colder months, the cottage is cosy and comfortable and has an open fireplace for you to snuggle up by.

Walkers will appreciate a variety of footpaths leading from the cottage to neighbouring villages that take you through some delightful countryside well away from busy roads.

If you enjoy a meal out, approx a mile from the cottage is Paxford that has The Churchill Arms while Blockley (also about a mile) has 2 pubs and restaurant. The bustling market town of Moreton in Marsh is 2 ½ miles (Main line rail station Paddington, London) and Chipping Campden is 3 miles. Stratford on Avon approx 15 miles, Cheltenham 22 miles. Oxford & Cirencester approx 28 miles.
