This delightful barn conversion is peacefully situated on the edge of the tiny village of Barton on the Heath, just over 3 miles from the market town of Moreton in Marsh.

Surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside with wonderful walking on the doorstep. The cottage is very prettily furnished and offers comfortable and cosy accommodation for one or two couples or a small family. With many character features including beams, open stonework and the benefit of a cosy fireplace with log burning stove, The Cottage makes a super holiday home for any time of the year.

Accommodation

Large well fitted kitchen/breakfast room, one step down to attractive sitting room with log burner and French doors leading out onto sun terrace and enclosed private garden. Ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stairs lead from the sitting room to 1st floor with a double bedroom and extra single bed. Attractive family bathroom also on this floor.

Services

Central heating, initial basket of logs, linen and towels included in the rental. (Extra logs available at £5 per basket from the owner.)

Washer/drier, fridge/freezer, electric cooker & microwave. Payphone. Colour TV with Freeview & DVD in the sitting room plus an additional colour TV in the bedroom. Cot & high chair available and the owner has thoughtfully included some toys and books for children.  Two dogs welcome @ £20 per dog per week (up to three allowed if very small!). Barbeque. Private parking for up to two cars. No smoking.

Note: Christmas/New Year £650 per week.
