This very sweet cottage is perfect for two friends looking for a relaxing base from which to enjoy gorgeous countryside, peace and quite. Situated within the grounds of an attractive period Cotswold stone farmhouse, the cottage is reached by driving along an avenue of beautiful horse chestnut trees.

Walkers have a choice of footpaths leading from your door taking you through some wonderful unspoilt countryside. Chipping Campden is close by and either a 5 minute drive or pleasant walk – here beautiful buildings and a wide variety of smaller shops and excellent restaurants await you.

Beautifully converted, the cottage has flagstone floors, pretty fabrics & some exposed timbers. Outside up one step is a pleasant terraced sitting out area for your use. A large communal area of lawn where you can have a barbecue or picnic is a few yards away (shared with Clover, Sophie and Kermit).

Accommodation

Ground floor - open plan style kitchen/living room with dining area (useful sofa bed for one or two persons).

First floor - a pretty bedroom with two single cabin beds built under the eaves, a skylight window provides the most wonderful views. Shower room with heated towel rail to keep your towels lovely and warm.

Services

Linen, towels & electric heating included. Wall mounted flat screen TV + DVD, music centre; fridge, electric oven & hob, microwave. There is a separate utility adjoining for your use with a washing machine, tumble drier & ironing facilities. Private parking for one car close to the cottage.

No smoking in the cottage please. Regret no dogs.
