Peacefully situated within the owners’ grounds and surrounded by beautiful countryside is this very sweet conversion having panoramic views towards the Cotswold escarpment. On your doorstep are footpaths and quiet country lanes leading you to neighbouring villages.

The pretty Cotswold village of Ilmington is approx 1½ miles with its two very good pubs (one is the award winning Howard Arms with its non smoking restaurant and log fires.) The National Trust’s wonderful Hidcote Gardens are 5 minutes’ drive away (good restaurant and outdoor café) and Mickleton village is just 2 miles - here you will find The Three Ways Hotel, famous for its ‘Pudding Club’, 2 very good village shops and 2 pubs, both serving food. If you would like to visit Stratford on Avon with its theatres and river it is just an easy 15 minute drive.

Garden Cottage is ideal for walkers or those looking for a quiet base to explore this beautiful area. The property is entered through French doors from the pleasant, secluded, lawned garden and the accommodation comprises a light and sunny open plan living room / diner / kitchen with super views across open countryside; a double bedroom and single bedroom; large shower room. There is just one step between the living room and bedrooms. Garden furniture is provided for you to enjoy a drink or meal outside.

Electric hob & oven, washing machine, colour TV with video, refrigerator (additional freezer space available). The cottage is warmed throughout by electric panel heaters to keep you cosy during the chilly months. Linen, towels and electricity included.
