The Coach House is a most attractive detached conversion and built of charming honey coloured Cotswold stone. Situated within the owners’ grounds it is just a five minute stroll to the centre of this busy and popular market town. This is an excellent choice for a couple looking for a winter break or as a base from which to explore the whole Cotswold region. The old roman road, the Fosseway, runs through the town and this makes it most convenient whether you are planning to travel north or south with Cirencester in the south and Stratford on Avon or Warwick to the north. Each Tuesday Moreton in Marsh hosts a large open air market and there is also a wide choice of smaller shops for you to look around in the town along with many restaurants, pubs and hotels if you like to eat out.

The Accommodation is most attractive, cosy and comfortable and comprises:

Ground floor – kitchen / dining room, cloakroom (WC & wash hand basin).

First floor –cosy yet spacious sitting room with comfy seating; double bedroom; bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Outside is a tiny, but secluded paved area for sitting out on warmer days.

Services

Linen, towels, electric and gas central heating included. (Although the cottage is kept very warm and cosy by the central heating, there is an additional gas fire in the sitting room.) Colour TV, radio, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. One small dog welcome @ £17 per week. No smoking. Private parking space for one car.
